– Highway A9, exit Dessau Ost
– B 185 (L131) towards Oranienbaum
– In Oranienbaum turn right B107 direction Gräfenhainichen
– Between Jüdenberg and Gräfenhainichen turn left to Ferropolis (Ferropolis is signposted from the motorway exit)

FERROPOLIS is an open-air museum, industrial monument, steel structure, event venue and theme park at the same time. Five huge excavators from the coal mine era tower over the beach like rusty dinosaurs, creating a stunning backdrop of heavy machinery, metal and steel for our little post-apocalyptic summer romance by the beach.
